ZETEL´S NUCONGA System selects Trust International for enhanced Distribution Solutions
Zetel will use innovative generic code pioneered by Trust International to achieve more effective GDS and IDS distribution for its customers
Langley, 28th June 2006 - Trust International, a global provider of technology and distribution solutions for the hospitality and leisure industry, today announced a new agreement with the Italian software provider Zetel - developer of the Nuconga Hospitality & Retail Management Software.
Zetel has opted for the new generic two-letter code (YH designator) pioneered by Trust International as a way to achieve broader GDS (Global Distribution System) and Internet distribution using the latest technology and connectivity without the costs of a private label agreement. This innovative approach brings hotels a cost-effective method of distribution by introducing a new two-way interface between the Nuconga system and the Voyager CRS which allows hoteliers to update both systems by adding content or rate information in one place. The interface also enables hotels using the Nuconga system to receive reservations directly from the GDS companies such as Galileo, and from Internet distribution channels.
The generic two letter code has been specifically created for medium sized hotel groups and organizations with limited worldwide brand reputation but a need to distribute their hotel information to a worldwide audience, including travel agents and end-consumers.
