Trust adds RSI International to its growing list of Trust Connect Partners
Frankfurt, Germany/Orlando, US September 18, 2007, In a move that benefits both hotels and their customers, Trust International, a global provider of technology and distribution solutions for the hospitality and leisure industry, today announced the implementation of a direct two-way interface with North Vancouver-based RSI International's RoomKey" web based hotel property management system (PMS).
Trust International's two-way interface between an individual hotel´s RoomKey PMS system and the Trust Voyager central reservation system (CRS) provides a powerful benefit to properties by creating a seamless flow of information, ensuring rate parity, true last room availability and single image inventory.
'Prior to the implementation of the interface between Trust´s Voyager CRS and our RoomKey front office system, hotels had to manage two systems essentially loading rates, storing guest data and managing availability twice,' said Mark Smiciklas, Director of Sales and Marketing at RSI International. 'The new Trust interface reduces the significant time and money needed to manage two systems and it eliminates the related potential for inconsistent room rates and inventory availability, which could cause guests to see varying rates in multiple locations or even book a room that does not exist.'
