Trust International launches enhanced CRS technology for hotel groups
Frankfurt, Germany/Langley, UK 15 December, 2006, Trust International, a global provider of reservation and distribution solutions for the hospitality industry, today announced the launch of Voyager CRS 9.0, its Central Reservation System for the hospitality industry. Through continual technological development and ongoing enhancements to the CRS platform and the interface methodology, Voyager CRS 9.0 enables Trust's hotel clients to maximise performance, without requiring large investments of time and money.
This latest version of Trust's Voyager CRS offers hotel companies one of the most advanced, flexible, web-based CRS systems available on the market. The new enhancements, of which there are more than 50, will automatically be made available to all Voyager CRS customers.
The new features of Voyager CRS 9.0 have been developed in response to the needs of hotels across the globe and by using the latest technology, support the changing industry trends. The new release has enhancements to all Voyager modules including GDS services, Reporting, Internet Bookings, Commission Payments and Interfaces. Specific enhancements include: +New GDS functionalities such as support for Total Pricing in Amadeus, Sabre and Worldspan. +An enhanced reservation office (CRO) module with a completely redesigned, easy to use front end to further optimize the booking process which in turn helps the reservation handling in the company's call centers. +The Voyager booking engine has been upgraded with an additional analysis tool allowing detailed reporting on booking behaviour of the customer and the results of specific programmes. +Pre-payment functionality for online bookings has been extended allowing pre-payment via all major credit card companies. +More interfaces with front office management systems (PMS) allow optimized control of rates and availability in all distribution channels without manual intervention. +The commission payment module has been upgraded with the option to handle reservation payments from all PMS via a new interface upload functionality.
