PARSIPPANY, NJ 2004-04-08 - TRUST International (TRUST), a subsidiary of Cendant Corporation (NYSE:CD) and a global provider of technology reservations solutions for the hospitality industry, today announced the renewal of their CRS service contract with Small Luxury Hotels of the World.
After a successful partnership over the past three years with TRUST International, Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) has extended its agreement with TRUST for five more years giving SLH and its 310 global members the comfort of being in partnership with one of the most consistent and forward-thinking CRS providers in the industry through 2009. Paul Kerr, joint Managing Director of Hill Goodridge & Associates, the global management firm for SLH responsible for negotiating the contract commented: "The contract extension with TRUST is an integral part in achieving our long-term objective of ensuring small, independent luxury hotels remain competitive within their markets and have the ability to realize their fair market share.
Kerr continued to explain; "We are very pleased to extend our relationship with TRUST as it is not only a contract, but a true partnership. We wanted a partner that invested in their product, delivered a consistent service, understood our business and provided a system with which our hotels could easily work and we got it with TRUST."
